To lift up organizations and programs that support trans, non-binary and gender diverse kids.

Our Vision

Grace Changes Things Foundation envisions a world in which there are no barriers for trans, non-binary and gender diverse kids to live their lives as their true selves.

GraceGrants are available to organizations that provide safe spaces, education and support for trans, non-binary and gender diverse youth and families including:

  • Student organizations

  • Youth programming

  • Support groups

  • Community education

  • Financial assistance for social transition

Our aspirational goal is to provide grants for families to offset the cost of relocation or transportation for families who must seek gender-affirming care in safe states.

The Grace Changes Things Foundation Fund is managed by the Hamilton Community Foundation, a 501(c)3 public charity. Gifts to Grace Changes Things Foundation are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law.
